Health Director Article - January 2010
Members may be interested to read a recent article published in the January issue of Health Director Magazine. Kathy Perkins (BSMSA Chair 2005-2009) wrote the article appearing on page 32 entitled 'Extinction of the Medical Secretary'.
The article appeared alongside a feature on Ground Level Efficiency written by Simon Kent (Health Director's Editor), looking at Andy Burnham's five year plan for the NHS, aimed at delivering 'people-centric' care.
Members may be interested to read a recent article published by the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA) and a response by Malcolm Morrison.
