Med Sec | Has anyone had a PDR yet? What does it involve. I've been told I'm due for this review, and want to be prepared for the guillotine! |

Miss Val Machir | I have had a PDR recently and was very positive, this is intended to be positive and gives a chance for you to receive feedback and also for you to give feedback. Training etc can be brought up in this. I found it very useful |
