We deliver a range of courses and qualifications that have been specially developed for Medical Secretaries and Administrative staff working in the NHS and Private Practice.

Students who have completed either the City & Guilds Certificate or Diploma in Medical Administration at level 2, and wish to go on to the City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Medical Administration will only need to pay £100 per additional unit (minimum of two units required).

All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate and are based on one person per course per fee.  Please ask about paying in instalments as payment plans are available.  Discounts are also available for organisations wishing to purchase multiple courses or blocks of courses.

As the name suggests, the BSMSA Medical Terminology for Beginners course is for absolute beginners in medical terminology and is suitable for anyone wanting to enter medical administration / secretarial work in the public or private sector.

BSMSA Certificate in Medical Terminology

The BSMSA Certificate in Medical Terminology is aimed at existing NHS / private practice staff, return workers and mature students, and anyone considering a career as a medical secretary or administrator.

City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Medical Terminology

The City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Medical Terminology is aimed at existing NHS staff, return workers and mature students and anyone considering a career as a medical secretary or administrator.  This course gives the student a full level 3 City & Guilds qualification following a successful course of study and examination.

BSMSA Certificate in Medical Secretarial Studies

The BSMSA Certificate in Medical Secretarial Studies is aimed at existing NHS or private practice staff, return workers and mature students, and anyone considering a career as a medical secretary or administrator.

City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Medical Administration

The City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Medical Administration is a new distance learning course that we introduced in June 2010, which has been specifically designed for people working, or wishing to work, as:
